Welcome to Quote That LLC. The purpose of this software is to help Homeowners, Contractors, Dealers, and Manufacturers that are a part of the Hardscape & Landscape industry. QT connects the entire industry on one platform by creating tailored software for each user.

2. Data Collecting

• Mobile Hardscape Estimator (Sales tool): The system stores customers' information so you can create estimates & invoices.
• Homeowners: Approved Estimates.
• Dealers: Product information, prices, inventory. (Dealers allow QT to install their product into the QT community data for other dealers to use).
• Manufacturers: Product information, prices, inventory.

3. Types of Information Collected

Personal Information is collected once you press Save. Basic information like name, address, phone number, and email address is used to create, send & receive estimates. We also send you updates via email on the software. This information is saved when you create your account or create a customer on our platform. Dealers' products will be stored in the QT community data for other dealers to use.

4. Use of Information

We do not share your information with 3rd parties.

5. User Choices and Controls

If you choose to delete your account, everything will be deleted. You may opt-out of emails by clicking unsubscribe.

6. Security Measures

We use AWS cloud-based storage. Password resets are done via a code sent to your verified email address. Note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Children's Information

NOT INTENDED FOR CHILDREN. The app is for business professionals only.

8. Changes to This Policy

Any changes or corrections made by the admin will notify you via email. Users will be notified of material changes and provided with prominent notice.
